Prop\u00f3sito<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>O l\u00edder deve compreender e comunicar claramente o prop\u00f3sito do time, alinhando-o \u00e0s estrat\u00e9gias do neg\u00f3cio. Isso cria um senso de dire\u00e7\u00e3o e significado no trabalho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-equilibrio-entre-vida-pessoal-e-profissional\">2. Equil\u00edbrio entre Vida Pessoal e Profissional<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Uma lideran\u00e7a efetiva promove condi\u00e7\u00f5es para que o equil\u00edbrio entre trabalho e vida pessoal seja respeitado.
